Andrea Joseph's sketchblog

When I was first started to read the blogs the first blog of Andrea jospeh got my attention at the beginning. It was a blog about her lost sketchbook which she found one dag ago. She had scanned all of her drawings and kept talking about when she had drawn them and what the drawings trying to tell us. at the end she ended her blog saying and talking about how the skecthbooks are important to the desginers and artists. it is the book where you keep your ideas it is just between you and the skecthbook. So her firts blog was pretty cool and a good reminder for everyone to keep a skecthbook.  the other blogs were also about her drawings where she had interestign titles to each drawings of hers. I really liked how the images looked real, exactly like a photography. Also I really enjoyed when I was looking her shoe drawings. in one of those drawings she taught how to draw a converse shoe to her readers, that was such a cool idea. Her archives was very interesting. She had drawings since four years. The title, the drawings and he story underneath the images were amazing to look. I enjoyed this blog a lot.

  1. Aliye, I like the fact that you're inspired by Andrea Joseph's sketchblog, to always carry your sketchbook with you at all times. As an artisan and future designer, you never know when the inspiration will come, and it's always handy to have your sketchbook with you for just that purpose. I would like to know more about which piece you felt really inpsired you; what medium that she used that you've used yourself and can personally relate too. I'd like to know more about why out of all of these sketchblogs that you viewed, did this one artisan resonate with you.

When you spoke of the interesting titles of each of her drawings, which ones did you find interesting? and why?

When you talk about her shoe drawings; and how she taught you how to draw a converse shoe, it would've been helpful to link that particular blog to your commentary, so that I could benefit from viewing it as well.

I think that you're thoughtful and you touch briefly on the aesthetic items in her sketchblog, but I'd like to know more about what inspires you.
